1. General License terms

By downloading or purchasing any digital asset (free or paid) from Lumelis Digital, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the asset in accordance with these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the files.

2. Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific product page, you may:

  • Use the assets for personal projects.
  • Use the assets in commercial projects (e.g., as part of a design, video, website, or physical end-product) provided the asset is significantly altered or incorporated into a larger body of work.

3. Prohibited Uses

Under no circumstances may you:

  • Resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original, unmodified digital files (this applies to both free and paid assets).
  • Offer the files as standalone downloads, stock assets, or templates on any platform or marketplace.
  • Claim the original assets or files as your own creation.

4. Purchases and Delivery

All commercial transactions, payment processing, tax collection, and delivery of paid digital goods are handled securely by our Merchant of Record (MoR) partners (e.g., LemonSqueezy, Gumroad). By purchasing, you also agree to their respective terms of service and refund policies.

5. External Offers and Affiliate Links

Some pages may contain clearly identified commercial recommendations or affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying action, Lumelis Digital may receive a commission under the provider's terms. The commercial relationship will be disclosed with the relevant recommendation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the linked provider is responsible for its offer, current price, availability, checkout, delivery, returns, contractual terms, and data processing. A link or recommendation does not create a purchase contract between you and Lumelis Digital.

6. Limitation of Liability

All digital assets are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Lumelis Digital shall not be liable for any damages, hardware issues, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use our digital resources.

7. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
